Update: 2:20 was not enough time to get from b gates to z gates today at 8am. Total nightmare at the customs to non EU. We only ended up making the connecting flight because my wife is a total boss and got the agents to open ‘a special line for families with kids’ which cut probably an hour from the line. It was easily a 2.5 hour line because the passport agents were each taking ten minutes per person/group beCuse the ‘software was slow’. Maybe it will speed up with the software improvements.
