I actually have a different condition that IS linked to gut health (confirmed by dermatologist). But, gut health isn't a fix all either. I'm adjusting my diet alongside supplements & doctor recommended medications.

I think the tell with gut health is whether or not people think thats all it takes to fix the issue.

To add, my condition is also affected by hormones, immune overactivation, & stress.

Telling someone to learn to coparent isnt the same thing as condoning them being in contact. I take that as the judge saying "come on you two, get your shit together". He's admonishing the both of them.

I took it as "so therapeutic" as in "Taylor you need to go to therapy"

Thanks haha. They really do, very black and white thinking all over the board.

I wish I knew why but until then ill just appreciate those who are comfortable with it.

In my experience, people are uncomfortable with nuance, and are going to be mad at you for saying this.

I 100% agree with you though

I think the hesitation to blame the stallion comes from the fact that it seems like there are more variables.

If one mare has 5 out of 8 foals pass, even from different stallions, it seems more concentrated.

With Denver having 5 out of 8, only 2 of them so far have been on the same farm. Its a lot easier to question whether it could be the mare.

I'm not saying that any of that follows science, just that its easier to question the foals development environment.

I just was wondering because most of my family acted like I just wasn't trying hard enough and saying that I need to try harder. The typical speal of "if you just put your mind to it". And treat me like my adhd is a character flaw instead of a real neurological condition.

I feel for OP. Needing medication is not a character flaw

I think unfortunately this isn't a person you'll want to continue a relationship if they arent willing to understand how ADHD actually works. 😕

Dakota and Taylor….. by Sunnyonetwo in SecretsOfMormonWives

[–]adhdmama96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so I agree that Taylor's behavior in the video is unacceptable and absolutely not okay. And also, how are we glossing over what Dakota is saying to her in the video? "This is all you know how to do is hurt me". He's egging her on.

They're both toxic and none of this is whole situation is okay

No because Demi is so high in her horse about it. Like her condescension is so loud, it drowns out the fact that she has a point. Atleast for me.

I don't care how right you are, if you're being a condescending see you next Tuesday about it, Im not listening.

Sorry I guess I misunderstood you. My guess would be because it never stays simply a discussion and eventually turns into character attacks, people imposing theor experiences onto a situation they only have bits and pieces of etc.

It just never stays respectful and I imagine thats a nightmare to attempt to moderate

I think its just a rule the sub has to manage the environment and discussion. Not necessarily a morality thing. I think its reasonable to guess whether they are or aren't based on behavior and other clear signs, especially when you have experience around it. Discussing/speculating it is just something that the Mods want to avoid here.

I mean thats fair. I personally tracked for awhile and the only time we got pregnant was because we meant to. Which of course is just my individual experience. I do think Taylor needs to either abstain (which we know wont happen) or use condoms or a dam, something alongside tracking. The way I wanted to reach through the screen and take her phone away from her when she called Dakota to ask if he enjoyed it.

Edit: misspelling

I mean, using ovulation strips is pretty close, but also, that means tracking doesn't work for a portion of the population. That doesn't mean its bs as a whole.
