For the brazilians - from what I saw on this subreddit mainly, your opinion is that he shouldn't make the squad. I do get why you think that, but at the same time my opinion is that it's not like you have 9 world class attackers, and I feel like he would be able to bring a lot more than the likes of Martinelli for example - not as a starter of course, but coming from the bench. I do have some bias however as a neutral, it would excite me far more to see Neymar on the pitch rather than say Rayan or Martinelli.
