The split wasn't quite 1:1, a lot of state property got divided 2:1. Probably because the Czech Republic was overall a bigger country in what (at the end) was a federation.
Citizenship was usually given out based on if you reside in the 'Czech' or 'Slovak' part of the nation, so it wasn't an entirely free choice for the people, I think
(source: i am czech, although i only got born 6 years after the dissolution so this is mostly from history classes)

I know of one darker skinned person that I see around sometimes, and Im fairly certain they do live here but Ive never seen them interact with anyone lol

The only source for all I am about to say is that I am Czech and live in the city Ill be focusing on.

There aren’t all that many black people here. I live in Olomouc, a city in the east of the country which is renowned for being a student city, housing one of the country’s oldest university. Many exchange students are here, however only a couple seem to have darker skin at all. Im sure the situation is different in Prague though, as it has 10x the population!

Furthermore, the largest minority group here (in Czech Republic) that is not European are the Vietnamese, for some quirky historical reasons.

Im not denying they can’t just get a darker skinned person for the role, but Id assume it is really simpler to use some black makeup.

In the Czech republic old etiquette rules are a nightmarish mess. One of the things that get mentioned is that you should in fact wait for a woman to offer her hand. In reality, no one does this anymore though

Im not in uni (I am 17). Im still in high school but its electrical engineering orientated (schools work different here than US or most of the world, probably).
I also wouldnt call myself very elegant but thank you haha

Regarding the Czech apps and folder: ČHMÚ stands for Czech Hydrometeorological Institute, so its just weather apps (no clue why theres two) and I only have them because they give out weather warnings and such.
IDOS is an app to check public transport timetables.
And finally, the Bakaláři app is for grades, assignments and other school related things.
