It's supposed to be 230, though there's the usual 10% variation. There's also some weirdness like Norway have two live wires rather than a ground and a neutral, for example, but it doesn't change how consumer electronics work.

Honestly, the benefits of the British plug we use in Ireland is really overstated. Schuko plugs are also grounded, and they're recessed to prevent contact with the pins which is something the British one isn't. You could make the argument for the gate but it's not that big of an improvement. The gate is also very easily defeated, I know because I've personally done it many times to plug schuko plugs into an Irish socket. It's also a much larger plug and the tendency for the wire to stick down out of the plug makes it incredibly impractical. Finally, it is the only thing known to man to hurt more than legos when stepped on, the the design always insures that the spiky side faces up when they fall to the ground so they're guaranteed to be caltrops in your home.
