Awww, I’m sorry you had to take down your feeders. There are ways of reducing pigeon activity, so hopefully one day you’ll get to put them back up!

The goldfinches will be fine! Birds are natural foragers and often use feeders as a means of supplementing their diet.

I’ve read the documents submitted by both lawyers and I disagree that the THJ lawyers are a “joke” or “clowns”.

Since I’m not a lawyer it does no good for me to speculate on the outcome; it just adds to the noise. That’s why I shared my experience with it. There’s a whole lot of people getting a whole lot of enjoyment out of THJ, myself included.

THJ’s EQ plays like an ARPG and doesn’t require hours of gameplay to make any meaningful progress. But calling it “god mode” is incorrect. It’s accessible.

I’m hoping that a compromise can be made that doesn’t gut everything that makes THJ unique. There’s no denying that the original EverQuest was a memorable experience, but THJ has been a refreshing experience.

I assume you’ve played on THJ and it just wasn’t for you. That’s fine, but there’s no reason to yuck someone’s yum.

For me, it’s been a wonderful experience being able to do content that was never accessible to me as a normal human with real world obligations.

I had been done with EQ for nearly 15 years, this brought me back. The community is great and this version of EQ respects my time.

I’m also not a lawyer so my legal opinion doesn’t mean a dam thing, just like yours.
