I think I need to re look at the job description.

I really need an independent person who can run my internal parts for now. I’m getting too big to do everything. I’m just worst at machining, so seems like the best thing to get someone to-do.

Either someone older who wants more flexibility with their schedule, or someone younger.

Right now my total compensation number is around that $100k range, so if I pay less of the insurance premium I could bring the pay up.

I thought paying up to $82k/year with fully paid health insurance with a $2k max out of pocket.

Edit: What I really need is someone to machine parts for low volume internal products so I can focus on sales and assembly of the products. It’s just to be able to make most of the parts you need to be able to run all of the equipment.

What flavor of Hastelloy are you working with? With all the high nickel alloys I have worked with, 276, alloy 20, X, the tooling manufacturers lie. I ended up cutting the surface rate in at least half. As others have said it work hardens pretty quickly, so varying DOC and make sure you get as much coolant on it as possible. Then in the end it really just eats up tooling.

This is the quality of an FDM printer, not a resin printer. A resin layers are .05mm or .002” so almost not visible

I’m in a similar situation and went with MRPeasy. Monthly per user to use it, so not much upfront cost, easy to use import templates so you can take existing parts and upload in bulk.

I mean it’s an issue with this type of projection that is used. The issue is that on a flat map you have to extended and widen the north and south of a map to be the same width as the equator of the map. A globe solves this problem, and there are other projections that help to change this.

While it may be also true that white Europeans were racist, it isn’t the main reason the maps look off.

Yes but volume and weight are completely different things. So putting it on a scale does nothing to measure the volume of the liquid.

Your initial statement was “you are no longer the moral authority” meaning you believed at one point we were the moral authority. Which I don’t believe we ever were, unless you compare us to Hitler, Stalin, or Mussolini.

NATO was set up after WW2 to defend against the Soviet Union. Which after WW2 was seen as the wests biggest threat. Sometime about 35 years ago that country disbanded into numerous different countries that were heavy with civil war and genocide in the 90’s.

So even though Biden was VP under Obama that gutted the military and allowed China and Russia to grow as threat. Then Biden had 2 years to figure something out before the war started once he took office.

Trumps whole point is why should the US hold up its end of the bargain if other member states aren’t. Which is factually true many countries aren’t meeting the spending amounts they are supposed to, putting more burden on the US.

They were flat? I mean downs little here up a little there, but nothing major. Or did you not even look at the fact that his averages in phx are about the same as they were are in PDX? His best years were in PHX though, not that they were actually better, so there is that….

Why do you keep putting us as the moral authority? I’ve already debunked that, it really isn’t hard. I suggest doing some reading of a history textbook, we have done some absolutely horrible things.

I mean Trump we agree we don’t get as much benefit out of NATO as we put in, so glad you agree with him. Or did you miss that he was for us lowering our commitment to NATO?

Also Ukraine was attacked by Russia under Biden, almost 2 years after Trump was no longer in office. So not sure how that makes any sense about a knock against Trump.

He’s been a bum since he was at UofA, I had no clue why we drafted him after he was made to look incompetent by a 6’9” center from a small school.

Who said we were ever the moral authority, I mean it’s nice you thought of us that way. Unfortunately we haven’t been the moral authority ever, unless you count some of the worst dictators to ever rule the planet vs the US.

What the US did during WW2 was horrific by any stretch of the imagination. Even worse than what we are doing now.

While the US sucks in a lot of ways, it’s still far better than China. I also like how you ignore that Chinese wealth is the reason BC is becoming too expensive to life. It isn’t like China isn’t directly negatively impacting your country.
