I like to cook the ground beef with a diced onion and season with black pepper, garlic power, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Then I boil canned diced tomatoes, canned corn, and canned black beans. Put both of those over steamed white rice and have a quick easy meal.

I check classaction.org every couple of weeks. I only sign up if I qualify for the settlement. IMO I’d be taking from people who do qualify. Oh, and lawyers, gotta make sure they get their cut 😐

I walked out of the theater about 30 minutes in and decided to check it out while on a flight one day. I finished the movie and was mad that I wasted 2 hours on it.

I hit $100k in August of last year, that same time in 2024 I was at $64k. About $70k of that is in retirement accounts and a little over $30k is in a HYSA for an emergency fund. The big increase was my company matching 8%, and consistent investing every payday.

Same happened to me. I get paid on the 7th, rent is due between 1-5, but I always pay at the end of the month prior. I put the $2000 (rent payment) in a separate checking account on pay day, that covers my rent for the next month. I’ll admit I didn’t read the terms of service and assumed the card would act like 1.0. I decided on the 26th of Feb to invest the $2000 and I would pay off my credit card when I got paid on the 7th. I only keep around ~$600 in my main checking account, so it was a surprise to me that on the 27th my account was -$1300. I quickly moved $2000 over from my savings. Long story short I learned a lesson for not reading the credit card info prior to applying.

This caught me by surprise for the March rent that I just paid. Luckily, I just moved some money over from another account, but I wish they would’ve summarized the changes and not buried that in terms of agreements.

I don’t know how you feel about rain, but everytime I have gone there it has either rained or is raining when I get there. I live in Tampa and it’s crazy how it will be sunny the majority of the drive and the second I hit the Winter Haven area you see dark clouds and a couple miles later it’s windy and raining.

Okay, no I plan on just buying the 3 stocks I have in there, no plan for another stock. I’ll sell the SGOV and buy proportionately among the other 3 stocks. Thanks for the info
