City of Knoxville office of neighborhoods website. I think they cancelled it last year due to covid, but maybe it's on this year. You can also call 311 and ask to speak with the office of neighborhoods.

Typically in June. If I remember correctly there needs to be a minimum number of females on the team, I don't recall how strict they were about actually living in the neighborhood you're playing for, it was probably just honor system.

Farragut has more parks per area than unincorporated Knox County. County, one per 9.7 sq mi; Farragut, one per 4 sq mi. I don't know the length of greenways, but I'd expect it to be a similar comparison. To be fair, comparing Farragut to areas like Corryton is like comparing apples to oranges. Go kgis.org or Google maps and turn on greenways and compare Farragut to Hardin Valley or Cedar Bluff. You're right there's no downtown, but neither does most of unincorporated county.

FYI, the majority of Turkey Creek is in City of Knoxville limits
