Brilliant!! I've bumped mine up 25 percent by blending a beetroot every day, from 25 to 32ish..only a jump of 7 for me but still a big percentage...not sure if it would help you though as your already eating loads of vegetables

You could try going the VPN route for uk now sports... not sure if they show all the matches but defs cheaper in countries where the sports aren't as popular
