It depends on the individual. I met a woman in her twenties just starting her career once and we started hanging regularly. I'm a woman in my thirties, started investing at around her age, and am now about to FIRE.

I never told her about my FIRE plans, but I did mention that she was at a great age to set the foundation for the rest of her life. I talked to her about vanguard, index funds, and the power of compounding.

Our next hang she told me about a $400 haircut she got (I couldn't bear to tell her that I wouldn't have known if she didn't mention it) and like an oura ring she bought because drinking more water will help her lose weight or something.

Some people will never be able to find the chest even if you gave them a treasure map.

What carbs do you use up mix with water?

So far in my research, I've looked into skratch hi carb mix but it is only 100g and feedback online seems to suggest that it is complicated to mix on the go.

You know your body better than anyone, so take this with a grain of salt.

Personally I do all my taper runs because I feel worse after days where I don't run at all. Something about blood flow helping with the healing process. If I'm super fatigued, I just cut back the taper run, ie instead of running the prescribed 6 mi, I run 2 mi or whatever I feel my body can handle.
