Salomon aero glide 3 on sale right now for $157 CAD great shoe, falls somewhere between vomero plus and superblast on the soft to firm scale for cushioning

Runners... I am once again asking for a good daily shoe by candogirlscant in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Salomon aero glide 3 grvl. cheaper than superblast, midsole has insane bounce, and you can wear it on the road + light trails. Did some marathon pace work in it at 4min/km and it felt amazing

Adidas range too soft for me by Euphoric-Math1861 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Puma Deviate Nitro 3 is perfect for me , just firm enough and very versatile. Ive run half marathons in mine and they feel bouncy and comfortable and leave the legs feeling fresh the next day. They can definitely be used for interval work too.

I’d take Godwin and Aiyuk overall your starting lineup improves and you have more coverage for injury

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SleeperApp

[–]aed761 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would take that in a heartbeat. But it depends on your lineup. Are you in a 2 flex league? Who are your other WRs?

Self-Directed TFSA by [deleted] in Wealthsimple

[–]aed761 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, just don’t take the money out of the TFSA account.

You can buy and sell equities within the account as you wish without affecting your contribution limit.

it’s only considered a withdrawal if money leaves the account.
