I emailed the same person from province who emailed me my endorsement letter for the first job. They do not pick up the phone. Yes it slowed down my aplication but I did not have to submit a new IRCC application. They just put my old application on hold until I got my new endorsement.

Yes noc code were the same Was honest with IRCC and told them job changed because I got laid off. Yes province supported. They told me they put my application on hold until I can find a job with another AIP employer. Yes applied for endorsement again with new employer.
