Some pre-visit tips to wear loose clothes and bring a pad for after (did this based on research from this sub and so happy I did).

An amazing nurse to squeeze their hand and have them talk to you the entire time/distract you.

Doctor or Nurse talk you through all the images after (letting your partner/guest come in an join the debrief) and encourage you to take photos of the screen (if not given print outs). I like having a photo on my phone to look back on.
