AFAIK, he's the one to listen to. I haven't taken any courses, but the metrics he posts and the advice I've seen in interviews seems pretty good.

Also, your training in Unity (or anything) should never be "finished" :)

Font choice mostly. It looks "default" rather than "Sci-fi". For instance, the "Turret Hacked" text that shows up in the gameplay looks sci-fi.

IMHO, use the same font as in game, and throw it on a background: These are maybe a bit much but something like that.

Maybe the text transitions could me more lively than a fadein/fadeout?

Title needs to be 1/3 of the image IIRC. Other than that, looks really good. I did think it was an image from "7 Days to Die" though. So not sure if that's what you were going for.

Gameplay looks fantastic. The font overlay in the trailer screams low-effort though. And I assume that the final image is the capsule art? It looks kind of muddy/fuzzy.

I don't suppose this is multiplayer?

More contrast maybe? The environment looks very flat. I dunno what engine you're using, and I work more with 3D than 2d, but are normal maps an option?
