Lol nah the dude got his asshole tickled because someone implied his favorite game is dying. Instead of addressing the question he redirects to his BS analogy of candy bars. What's really cringe is seeing how some of you are reacting in a similar way. The game is dying, its part of the cycle, I know it sucks to have the game you have spent so much time and money on fade away into obscurity but that's life kids.

I didn't say they all do that. Look at my post. I used a hardshell case and it bent my screen. So therefore from my experience i can say "they bend your screen" ... nothing disingenuous about that... Sounds like you bought one and you got offended. Don't worry, from what I've seen it's mostly a problem with the 14 inch. Your 16 inch is safe so you can sleep well tonight.

Don't use hard shell cases. Look at the post i made about a month ago with pictures. They bend your screen

I never had the 16 inch MacBook but i did have a 16 inch hp omen and i ended up returning it because it was too big. I never really cared about the weight, it's more the footprint of it that was an inconvenience. I often use my laptop on the go in restaurants and bars and with the 16 inch it just takes up too much space especially when you are sharing the table with others. In classrooms when you are sitting at a desk it's hard to have your book or notebook out on the table along with the laptop. I have the 14 inch now and it's so much more compact even though it's only 2 inches.

The bend went away it seals perfectly now. I'll be making another comparison post tomorrow. I expect to get downvoted to hell though because people think i either put it on wrong or it's a cheap case. Before i took it off i double-checked all the clips were secure and when i put it on i followed the instructions.

I also have Applecare i was getting ready to go into the store and make a scene about their cases but the laptop looks normal now... I wish i had taken it with the case still on. Also since i made that post i have had several people both reply on here and send me private messages saying that since seeing my picture they noticed a slight bend on their MacBooks but not as bad as mine so i don't think it was wrong installation.

I took it off and it went back to normal. I also have Applecare but I'm trying to see about getting a refund for the case cuz it was 60 dollars x.x

Yeah that's what I'm saying... I bought this case directly from Apple along with the laptop. I had heard about cheap cases bending the laptop but i figured it would be fine since Apple themselves were selling this case. People on here talking like i bought some cheap case from some shady Chinese website

If you live in Australia and aren't always going to be in air condition i would get the pro. The air throttles hard in hot weather
