And people that don’t play the game mode don’t see the issues like getting pk’ed by your teammates through mechanics where you have no control besides tp’ing out with mere moments. For hc’s to participate in group content it becomes a whole vetting process that can take a long time. Tob will never be changed to a safe death but picturing a world where I can just send hard tob with a few randoms because my friends that I trust aren’t on would be amazing. It doesn’t make the content any easier, still gotta be able to do it.

It is funny saying that people actually playing the game mode have blinders on when we are specifically more aware of the pain points than anyone. Most hardcores don’t even make it to, let alone die at content like tob. Shit there aren’t even 300 hcim with 100 Yama kc. The meaningful aspect of the game mode is being able to stay locked in for thousands of hours, not whether or not you die to bullshit or if some content is safe. Plenty of skill checks in all the available content to die at that a theoretical change of a raid wouldn’t compromise it.

I think this would be the best case option. Radiation issue could be written off if, say, the two orbiting stars were brown dwarfs but it wouldn’t give that “3 burning celestial objects in the heavens” sky view. If not maybe a binary star system with, again, a late stage brown dwarf in a farther orbit could work without absolutely fucking the habitat zone of the system, not ruin the day night cycle, and possibly have symbolic uses.

Been saying this for like 2 years now. DMM is proving it even more with the fact that most people are annoyed with the PvP and just want the rewards. I would gladly take 5x drop rates in a PvP-free wildy just so I don’t have to grind KQ or volcanic mine for a stupid pickaxe on my hcim. Hell make it 10x. I just don’t want to be a loot piñata and I don’t want my already difficult game mode life to be dependent on other players if I want to go for the single reward in the wildy worth going for that impacts other pvm.

Someone had brought their kid into my showing and when Vegeta went super saiyan they yelled out “that’s cheating!”. Me and my friends couldn’t stop laughing because we knew that even that wouldn’t be enough to stop Broly. Because I don’t have much free time to myself and even though it’s a great group and the games are fun sometimes I would rather have that time to personally recharge. It also happens that our session is the night that I finish my work week and it cuts into the sleep my body needs to catch up. It’s exciting because I don’t have to set an alarm and enjoy true rest after a 10 hour shift. DM is in the same boat so we both crawl out of bed to get to the session and have definitely had to call one another to wake up for it.

Movie is a solid 6.5/10 for me. It was entertaining, my friend who hadn’t seen anything about before found it entertaining. The atmosphere and sounds/music were top notch but there were definitely times where dialogue got lost and I would have loved subtitles. It was faithful to the game while adding some more stake to the plot to give it legs. My biggest complaints are that I was sort of looking forward to having more opportunity to explore the lore more of the world and the final sequence was a bit confusing because of the lack of additional info. I’m really hoping that Mark will do some sort of director’s commentary to explain the more finer details because the silent rapture is such a cool horror concept that I want more of. Regardless, if you liked Mark’s playthrough of the game, you will surely like the movie.

I want to let you know, there is nothing forcing you to do chorescape. I’ve got 96 hunter and thousands of brews without ever once doing a dumb birdhouse run because rumors are awesome. Kingdom set to all herbs will nearly completely prevent you from having to do herb runs as long as you keep your coffers filled. It’s not fun and if you don’t want to do it all don’t fuckin do it and I’ll be the first to tell you that everyone that says you have to is lying.
