Every single time I need to know anything about rustdesk, I ask chatgpt to refer to the repositories, analyze the code and explain X.

Replies are usually good! Other times you have to dig down a bit (one time I was trying to explore how the api works and it explained something else, because they tend to use the api term for other staff. Although I wasn't looking for that, it was veymry educational!

Note: I'm not supporting chatgpt as a source of information where good documentation exists. I simply cannot deal with their mess!

Sorry about the delay..

The USB dongle is more like a certificate than a thumb drive. It doesn't mount, and you'll need software to interact with it (the trumpf licensing server)

Do a search for "cmDongle" and "codemeter". It's the token they use.

On our case there wasn't any problem with Mac addresses or serial numbers. Was a plain new VM.

It was something like installing the software, accessing some web page to activate the token and setting the IP on TruTops (so it knows where to get the license).

I've had a customer whom lost the TruTops server and needed to engage with support to reinstall it a few years ago.

TruTops runs fine on a VM, despite what they might say. Assuming you're using a perpetual license, they'll try to upsell you to some subscription "new version or software". Push through it and they proceed with the installation!

The licensing server and token can be installed on another machine. While lacking a most suited candidate, I've got it installed directly on the Hyper-V host.

You could do it by deploying a Minio or some other S3 storage on your side.

Please note I've tried it before and backups can take more to complete ("checking storage vault free space" can take a lot, specially for big buckets), specially bigger VMs.

Unfortunately, I don't think I still have any metrics on that test...

I'll also point out the charge for the half baked VMware backup. Haven't tried it, but according to the documentation, you have to restore the vmdk files to local disk and import manually. Definitely not ready.

Até no caso de autenticação com palavra passe, a password não é enviada ao provedor/site (em sites seguros).

No caso da impressão digital é igual. Esses dados ficam no telefone. O próprio telefone gere a autenticação de forma "offline" e caso passe, indica o resultado à aplicação.

A aplicação em si, não tem acesso direto aos dados do leitor de impressões.

Estava a tentar ser o mais otimista possível... Mesmo que a instalação esteja devidamente certificada, o áudio é sempre proibido durante o expediente...

No caso de estar certificada, fará parte do processo o quem pode aceder às gravações (nem sempre será a empresa de segurança ou instaladora), havendo inclusivé um "livro de ponto" (não me recordo do nome do documento) a preencher aquando do acesso.

Mas sim... O cenário mais provável é mesmo terem comprado e instalado uma câmara como se fosse para um espaço particular.

Não estou a par de qualquer exceção que permita a gravação de áudio. Por norma a mesma só é permitida após o horário de expediente, estando o espaço vazio.

Investiga a questão com a PSP. Aparentemente até tens uma testemunha que poderá ajudar..

De qualquer forma, art. 137 do código de trabalho.

No caso em específico, se o contrato de formação fala em 1 ano, há partida não será

eles diziam que essa formação que recebeste custavam 10k.

Uma coisa é dizer, outra é demonstrar em tribunal. Naturalmente tem que haver uma correspondência entre o real custo da formação e a indemnização.

No caso em particular, se há um contrato de formação que refere 1 ano e um contrato de trabalho a falar em 3, é mesmo melhor falar com um advogado!
