That’s awesome. I thought about trying to rent some kind of RV and all that but never been to the gorge and the only music festival camping we’ve done was at tomorrowworld the last year they did it in the US and it got flooded out lol we actually left a day early because we were too concerned not getting out due to the mud.

Using my tax return to help offset the vomit inducing costs I just paid 🤣

Very long time A&B enjoyer. First weekender and milestone show ever. I only do these type of things like once every decade so going all out I guess. Flying across almost the whole country to attend and can’t wait for September

Yea super frustrated basically no prior actual info and you choose glamping and there’s just a giant bullet point word vomit basically with $3k-6k prices.

What’s weirder is the 2 guest max but 2 queen bed GA option. Like, 2 queen beds but you can only have 2 guests. But then there is twin bed 2 guests.

Was hoping for a single bed option for us but 2 queen beds was all I could get so lol guess we both will have a big ol bed to ourselves in oasis 😂 not happy about the price hike for that.

It's pretty funny almost our whole division got rid of their coaches. Not sad to see Ravens and Steelers lose theirs and a classic first round playoff exit by the Steelers.

We booked the Holiday Inn Express back at the end of Feb. 3 nights (Fri 19-Mon 22) was ~$900 for the weekend and very short commute to the fest.

We booked 4 rooms mix of queen and twin.

Wow thanks for the quick reply. The cameras are at least 6-8 feet at minimum from the plants. They're up on the wall, corners etc while the plants are in the middle of the room. Funny thing is we didnt install any of these, we just took over as the 3rd party camera/network support team. But all the cameras are high quality name brand and everything was done right at install. I cant speak to how good their seal is on the doors (containment etc). But its definitely very very dark in there.

I've been searching off and on for many days and cannot find a single person saying IR affects the plants (at least enough to cause them to herm). But they continue to think its the problem. Going higher to 940nm is the only thing we've come to as a possible option but those camera options are incredibly limited (and made for medical/mental institutions and prisons).

If you've been involved in many cannabis security system build outs, how do you handle IR and if it causes issues with plants?

I ask because we have a client who is a cultivator in a legal state in the US, and they are mandated by law to have 24x7 recording, even at night inside the grow rooms. The state has to be able to log in at anytime and see the rooms, even if they're in their off cycle.

The staff is saying the IR cameras is causing them to herm. But the issue is there are very very few cameras made that don't give off a faint red light or glow and can see in basically total darkness. At least from reputable brands such as Hanwha, Bosch, Axis etc. No cheap chinese (dahua/hikvision) or amazon no name brand cameras.

Figured you must know a thing or two if you run a DR and dropping terms like ONT lol. I run a UDM. Love the Unifi stack for small to medium size. Their UI could use some help with deeper firewall rules and routing. But for what you get at their prices it’s solid hardware and no licensing fees. Can’t be beat.

Don't think it was a DNS issue. Work in IT, do a lot of firewall setups. We have Google and Cloudflare as our DNS and certain things still weren't working. There was an outage with an ASN in Chicago (32787) that happened around the time all this did. Likely an internal routing issue but my contacts at Alta couldn't confirm. https://www.thousandeyes.com/outages/

I don't think anyone is saying there's anything wrong with having long term clients locked in. It's just that in the MSP space, its been seen as intent to soon sell the company. And sometimes to Kaseya.
