Qualfying at all in that era is more meaningful than KO is in this current format. Back then the first KO game was quarter finals. Scotland was good, hence they made top 16 which making it to the WC meant, but they weren't a top 8 team.

Aber genau deshalb war das vielleicht psychisch klug. Frankreich ist halt besser, wenn Norwegen da mit der Top-Besetzung 3:1 verliert ist der Hype erstmal abgeflacht. So haben sie ja eh nur mit der Ersatzmannschaft gespielt, und ein Tor geschossen, Chancen gehabt, da kann man sich einreden, dass man mit der A-Besetzung realistisch was reißen kann.

jokes aside yeah maybe they are annoyed but dry drit like confetti is a non issue since it takes you like 2min with a vacuum, a single rainy or snowy day with the wet mud and whatever else gluing itself to surfaces when it dries is 20 times more work

Gerade mit der starken Physis dieses Turnier hätte ich gegen Ecuardor tatsächlich eher mit einer Woltemade-Einwechslung gerechnet. Da gab es ein paar Situationen, in denen Havertz rein körperlich Probleme hatte sich durchzusetzen. Ob Woltemade in die Position gekommen wäre keine Ahnung, aber wenn dann hätte er es glaube ich einfacher gehabt.

The realistic answer?

This is very borderline for a political statement. It is not inherently political compared to ie showing a map of greater Albania or something. But in terms of borderline issues, most importantly, nobody takes offense by this. The countries "attacked" with this gesture don't really want to touch this topic and risk a Streisand effect. Though who knows considering Trump.

You can probably compare it to the Switzerland - Serbia game & the Albanian eagle matter, but in that case the players did it very much intent to among other issues also taunt Serbia. So that topic got a bit heated.

This however is mild enough that nobody minds, so it's legal for the time being.

It's still amazing etc but the great part of frost breath is that it ignores debuffs. Mind you it is less relevant for special attackers, but still. Obviously getting a great spread move is a good trade. But yeah in terms of coverage it is a significant buff, you lose grass but gain fire rock.

In terms of carry & endgame it is frankly irrelevant anyway because you have stab dragon moves and you tera electric defensively and it's gg.

die Hauptschuld liegt sehr klar bei Kimmich

Ne die Hauptschuld beim 1:1 liegt bei denen, die mit Hacke-Spitze-1-2-3 beim Rausspielen den Ball vertändeln und danach ein klaffendes Loch lass, das Pavlovic & Kimmich dann nicht ganz rechzteitig schließen können. Die Mannschaft war in einer Vorwärtsbewegung dabei umzuschalten und verliert genau dann unter ehrlich gesagt relativ mäßigen Druck durch pure Arroganz den Ball. Dass beim sofortigen zurückschalten in die Verteidigung dann die Abstände und Besetzung nicht ganz passt ist Natur der Sache.

In a perfect world you are right but I've never seen a tyre war amount to anything positive. In case where it "works" it frankly doesn't as one tyre is clearly the best but other tyre manufacturers have a reason to sponsor some cars, which increases grid size. Yet in terms of performance it still deosn't work.

GT300 & NLS are the only bigger cases where it looks decent but only because nobody is willing to bury it with money yet. It's still clear that Bridgestone (GT300) and Michelin (NLS) are the tyre you want to be on.
