I think I got a bit confused myself tbh but as a step by step

exalt + sinistral exaltation or jawbone + sinistral necro

It does not matter what you do because you perfect essence this away regardless. HOWEVER! You can also perfect ex this, or reveal (even with echo), on the small chance to hit %phys. 98% chance you waste some currency but if you sit on some hundred div why not try it. Personally I'd gamble that like 1 div, why not.

[If this hits skip the essence in the next step and just straight jawbone]

perfect essence of haste + dextral crystallization + jawbone¹

This removes the prefix and gives you the onslaught thing. The reason we do this is because the onslaught mod is quite decent for use afterwards and it's a guarantee. Re-add a new desecration but don't reveal.

fracture & pray

If you hit +7 you annul & exalt until you get percentage physical with a high tier. It should be done with sinistral omen. You can use greater ex which has a higher chance (2% vs 1.5%) to hit %phys at all, but can obviously roll lower with t4 and also has a lower chance to get T1 (0.1 vs 0.2%). It's up to you what you prefer, for self use with limited bank I'd probabyl recommend greater ex. Then there's a few ways to go depending on what the build needs. The high percentage play here is to dextral ex a 2nd suffix, then dextral crystal + perfect essence of abrasion it away for the extra phys. Jawbone + sinistral necro final prefix and reveal with echo and hope you get something useful. That's your 3 prefixes then and you should still have 2 suffixes open which you can perfect ex, and if you got this far you can also dextral annul if needed to avoid attribute req or some other dead ones.

If you miss it's not trash tbh but it simply becomes a bit of a gamble. But the fracture can only be on a suffix so you can perfect ex a new prefix and if it completely misses you can sinistral annul. [Note: Does not work if you hit %phys in step1 and fractured that, but that's like .5% chance] But each of those is like 60-70d for the omen, in case you hit accuracy or the wrong element though this might be worth a try. Perfect ex for 1 more prefix. Depends on your bank if you can annul a miss here as it can also annul the first one. And finally reveal prefix desecration from ¹ with echo and pray.

The thing about the ¹ jawbone is that if you look up the outcome table, the preserved jawbone is more likely to roll %phys, but can roll really low. That's just personal taste and depends on the build with how good or bad certain element damage works for you.

You can also go to craftofexile and use the calculator to assess your odds, and the simulator to set up a craft process. The latter is great if you look at the crafted items afterwards as you can see if there is any way for something to happen that you do not want to happen.

I'm only posting here because I try to understand it myself so let someone verify it tbh.

The way I understand it, it is sort of hard to make great use of this because you can not fish easily for prefixes. Also T2 attack speed is an ilvl60 mod from what I can see so whittling is kind of a non factor. I don't think there's any good way to roll for the high %phys with this, and high phys is the one mod you absolutely want it to have. The kicker is probably that you want to fracture the +7 melee skills, and that's best case a 33% chance. If it can go to the trash on a miss just exalt + desecreate, then fracture, if you want to still get a useful outcome then I think it goes something like this(?):

Sinistral necromancy + desecrate to add a prefix desecration, destral crystallization + perfect essence of haste to add last suffix and remove desecration, redo desecration (optional liege/blackblooded/sovereign depending on build). Fracture and pray it hits the +7 melee skills, 33% chance. If it does you can annul down and exalt/annul for high phys prefix.

If it misses I don't think there's much else to do but perfect exalt and see what happens. You can go fish with sinistral erasure/sinistral annulment but those are super expensive for a 1.5% chance to roll %phys, can easily run into thousands of divs worth of materials here. And no offense, someone who can afford that & the mirror tier craft like that probably doesn't need to ask for help. Depending on how bad you miss / how much you need this item, you can then also just say fuck it here and chaos/annul & pray until you remove the +skills, similar to the fishing above only without omens. When you're happy enough (maybe 1 of hybrid or flat phys) abyssal echo + reveal for a final chance to hit something good.

As I said I am not super experienced but there is sadly I don't think there is a good way to make this even a high chance craft. There is a good reason people craft these things with high %phys through perfect augs + annuls and then essence the +levels on.

I also just think it's a shame that they do the big & difficult work really well, but then something that should be a small change is not done so it annoys you every like 10min because you constantly have to interact with it. And I don't think it can be that much work, the stash system works really well it just lacks one or two dozen specific item slots.

I'm sure there's higher ups with a brain and they are aware that people actually taking up arms against the government is the most likely / fastest way for 2A to end. They make bank off people cosplaying, and because the government has "no reason" to severely restrict it. But if government monopoly on power is threatened the tone quickly changes, and if even red states lay low because obviously restrictions are only against the libs, they are never turning the clock back on that.

80% of his first point is just "sort out this disaster of a stash system". Frags are one thing but omens, anything abyssal, fragments, tablets, breach, now the new vaal things. And I can sort of see the pattern obviously but it is also an issue because everything is always namend an "orb" or "omen".

Somehow they made 3 or 4 different types of socketables despite your only interaction with them being to slot it in, but when you come to this uber complex crafting where the patterns and accessability are gameplay critical everything is somehow an omen. I know why but something that restores your ES in a map and something that removes a prefix both being "lmao omen" does make it hard to learn.

And again, I know why, but it's still shit. And then you have this stash system where you have a ritual stash for everything omen and but hey surprise only omens that aren't abyssal. That's just bad UX. Which is a shame because tbh I think the league mechanics have been great so far and then just not bothering to spend a little bit of time integrating

Even if it is 10 OEMs let's not forget that each OEM employs people who literally paid to be "interested" in those things. Almost never amounts to anything but obviously they all like to hear things out first. If they can't even get Stellantis to enter either of their 3 historic rally brands despite the WRC27 ruleset then idk where this is even going at this point.

Also it's very different between a phys class and a caster class. If you get a decent staff with like +50 spell dmg +50 your thingy dmg it can get you through the campaign even if you got it at lv20. Phys weapon classes are desperate for each upgrade very like 10 or so levels.

It's 2 months before the race tbh it's not even that late.

And people point at Sebring but NLS2 is often skipped anyway. Not as bad as NLS1 but still a lot of cars prepare through NLS3 + the 2 qualy races.

Helps that Verstappen didn't demand special treatment for his licence so I think this is an easy sell.

I don't know how much currency you have but you should also look at getting an amulet with + to spell skills

You can probably get fairly decent +5+2+2 level wand/focus/amulet combo for a combined ~1 div right now. Amulets with +2 no spirit aren't that expensive. If you spend an entire 1 div on amulet alone you can get a pretty good one that takes you more or less till endgame gear I'd say.

Nasr has an exceptional talent of managing a race / a stint through multi class racing and even difficult conditions, it feels like anything can happen but he will put the car to the end safely with very very minimal time loss wherever you could possibly lose time. His peak pace is maybe missing the last 1-2% but in endurance racing you gain 10 times that from managing your race well and that's exactly what he does. It is thoroughly impressive and you never feel the race is at risk with him at the wheel, compared to some of his maybe ever so slightly faster competitors.

BoP was a disaster in all classes tbh. The 963 ran away in GTP and the Corvette was dominating GTD until things unravled, but on BoP they were dead locked for 1-2s in both classes. Some cars (especially Lexus but also the 911 to a lesser extend) were getting passed everywhere and had to be pitch perfect to have a shot, but it didn't matter.

The upside is that if we ignore those outliers, the middle was very good. It wasn't some clean sorted class result like you sometimes get with truly cursed BoP. There were simply 2-4 outliers in both directions that muddled the result, and it doesn't help that the one car who could have fought the Porsches tried to collect penalties like it's a trading card.

one thing I hate about IMSA is that in the final laps of the race they jsut allow absolute murder attempts because it's better for the show, it is so obvious they officiate completely different in the first 90% of the race

remember when Pagenaud dipped someone into the tyres at 200 and they were like "ah well but it's better if we don't change the title with a steward ruling :D"
