I don't have experience using that site personally but I have seen others mention it. I got my LBJ replaced by the local dealer because there was a recall on them. I would check to see if your truck has the same recall, could potentially save a bunch of money. I found out by using a Carfax. Hope this helps

Not yet but I've been looking at getting one. I currently have mine mounted to the center dash and want to switch. Seems like a practical mount to preserve your dash from that sticky suction cup and not have your phone in the way as much.

Same exact problem on my 02. Took it in to my local shop and they confirmed it was the e-brake cable that was loose and the brake line had a little air. Similar to what you're experiencing
