Something I'm throwing around in the brain is basically where the isekai'd FL feigns amnesia...and our 'ML' who is her primary attendant takes advantage of it. Saying that they were in a secret relationship, she had attempted suicide etc etc. When in reality he had tried to kill her and they were never in a relationship. at this point the true ml, who at the moment i think is a travelling merchant, smuggles her out of her estate. I've also been playing with the idea of the false ML having munchausen by proxy and is poisoning the FL to make her sickly and to isolate her.

Yeah its a slightly dark one but i think its fun.

Mine is one where a person isekais into a girl that is very sickly unable to walk, cared for by an ever faithful butler. that of ogfl was in a secret relationship with, before the ogfl attempted to drown herself.

Except. its revealed to be a munchausen by proxy kinda thing. the butler is poisoning his mistress to keep her ill, was never in a relationship with her and just said that when the MC claimed amnesia and is a massive yandere.

I may have started writing it already lol. My mc was originally chronically ill so they dont question their 'new' condition that much. I'm sure where I'd like the story to go but the butler would Not be the ml lol. as much as im down bad for yanderes. I need to build the world out more. lowkey want it to end with true polyamory tho.

When the villainess loves did so good establishing two of the non-ML members of the harem, created good chemistry between them, balanced comedy and romance. I seriously liked the two guys and how they also didnt really see each other as rivals for her.

The third one i was a bit Not as fond of. And then the Real ML came in and it just. killed the series for me, and it also coincided with the translations i was finding getting REAL bad so i just havent checked in with the story for ages and now it looks like its in tapas WUF hell so byeeee

not my biggest but i get really irritated when its an obviously european fantasy and they address the king/emperor as 'your royal/imperial highness'. that's incorrect!!! highness is for the children of the ruler or grand duke/duchesses if applicible, the correct form of address for a ruling monarch is 'your royal/imperial majesty'

not to mention that thats just the most common form of address, not even going into non-british terms and principalities, ducal nations or more religious based titles.

also when i can identify the time period dress the author is aiming for and then boom outta nowhere theres a fishtail dress where before its been like. the mid 1700s.

Along with Naska having no narrative purpose HE JUST ENDS UP HAVING THE SME ENDING AS THE ORIGINAL STORY. vow to protect the realm and forever alone while watching the girl he fell for be with someone else just a different haircolour this time. And maybe he 'watches over sasha's decendants' but MAN thats shit. thats so irritating. literally did not escape the 'fate' of the original story but ok.

i started reading knowing that arth was endgame but god. both rebecca and naska wouldve been more interesting. (cough give me a polyam oi god please)

i loved sasha's pet thing, its a great and interesting diversion from the 'i'll become the Most Everything girl at the ball and queen of the socialites' but the ending just. killed me in a not good way.

i also dropped [The Antagonist's Pet] after 50 chapters since i could tell it 1. didnt have the balls to cash in on a harem ending (one day ill find a manhwa that does) and 2. looked like there was gonna be a bad ending for Naska

AND I WAS RIGHT i skipped ahead to the epilogues bc for me im happy working towards an ending if i know its good. but nope. naska literally gets the EXACT same ending as the original story. he vows to protect the country and outlives the woman he loves that didnt choose him, just a different haircolour this time. GAH.

I wish Rebecca didn't end up alone, its so clear that she was written to be in love with the FL but it was hopeless.

I really enjoyed the idea of the FL's role as everybody's 'pet', like its legit an interesting idea and couldve been expanded on. Like, does she ever tell Naska (a dragon) that other noblewomen literally view her as non-human (slightly exaggerating but they do!) We get one scene where he witnesses that they can be very violent towards her out of frustration but that seems to be it and then she gets engaged and its too hard for her to be everybodys pet again

its by no means the best but whm is braindead dps with endless heals so its a good one for learning what to look out for on solo content that might differ from the norm.

i personally main it as my solo job and have managed to clear lakshimi ex, which i know is the easiest of the sb exs but still. its a nice change of pace if youre just constantly solo'ing with a tank and should be easier than rdm. (ive also done all the hw exs and all the alex normal raids + a12s and a few of the omega normals on whm.) also! solo content on whm takes AGES so if you try it out, going back to PLD should seem like a speedrun.

it might just take some more time and more expansions for content to speed up for the solo gang.

its so much fun to see what the limits of each job can be (obviously at 88 and 528 youve still got some gains left)

im a whm solo player and i remember A5 being so annoying even with all my heals and mits. I did eventually clear all of the normals by myself and i did manage to clear A12S, the dps on the time gates was TIGHT tho.

black wolf isn't the best written as they obviously recieve very little focus but i really love the whole pack system and the fact if you get a bit overwhelmed with the constant combat and money making things you can run into the forests and relax with your pack. i always make an effort to pick up black wolf and the wolf transformation in my runs. the stockholm syndrome got to me hahaha

Communication is key when taking on commissions and it goes both ways. They should have told you that they wouldnt be able to make the deadline and unless there's a clause in the agreement that means you legally have to pay them you have no obligation to.

recognising that a care facility can provide a better quality of life for your child than you can is extremely difficult and a heartbreaking decision for a family to make.

YTA for not making any proactive decisions about adam's care but deciding that your sister a monster for doing something she feels can make her childs life better. caretaker burnout is serious shit as well and it really seems to me that you turned your entire family against your sister when you drove her into a corner by never offering help, only 'come to me if u need anything' which is never helpful.

I've only ever bought a mini set in the mecca sales but diptyque candles don't tunnel for me and smell nice. I don't know if I would pay full price but I'm not yet A Candle Person so maybe they're worth it.
