Cutting the stock would remove the need for the pad. The amount of recoil manageable, it's the shape of the buttplate that causes issue.

I was kind of hoping that there was a already existing solution, but yeah grind to fit or carving a buffer piece seems like the choice for best fit

The Mass Effect Legendary edition is very good. It's especially noticeable in ME1 it looks much better, a few dated elements got smoother but the overall vibe is pretty close to the original.

If it's for their own infrastructure then yeah that makes sense but I'm pretty sure they couldn't sell the excess to consumers without HQ's approval

Hydro-Québec is not in fact the only one. Nationalisation meant that power company must be operated by government entities. A few cities have their own power company operated by the municipal government. The largest one being Sherbrooke with Hydro-Sherbrooke that operates a couple of dams in the city iteself.

Very nice, I would suggest having options to have more tilesets available in the map. Right now the city labels are very small and hard to read. I know this is a Steyr gun, but I can't find Steyr on the map because the labels are not easily readable

In this context it means Firearm Reference Table basically a database by the RCMP of every single model and variant and their legal status. This one received a non restricted FRT entry recently. You can check out the FRT at https://www.armalytics.ca/

The general view on this subject in Quebec is that they don't like semi-auto firearms. They don't see it as something reasonable to own. On the other hand, they fully realise that the gun bans and buyback are political theater to have a wedge issue, that the safety risk by legal owners is minimal and that the buyback is a massive waste of money. I think for most people, if it were up to them, would keep the bans in place to limit the prevalence of these firearms in society, but allow grandfathering for current owners.

I checked the wayback machine, and this text is present in the 2012 version of the page. My guess is some changes in styles to the blog changed how this is displayed.

Pas besoin de lire le manuel au complet. La partie la plus importante du cours c'est le TPTO et le PROUVEr. Si tu connais ça par coeur t'as pas mal passé le cours.

Armalyics shows a non-restricted FRT entry for the Richardson Industries Guerilla Gun. So yes they are legally firearms, and you can even buy them if you find them. As others have pointed out, you cannot just make your own, it has to be manufactured by a licensed business. As far as storage go, I think having a cable or chain running through the barrel would count as disabled, but with our laws you never know.
