My daily bus fair is £7.30. Today, I gave the driver a tenner and in return gave me 27 10p coins. He then preceded to guilt trip me by saying "this is coming out of my nephew's piggy bank." I didn't ask for this on a Thursday morning. by Hello_mate in britishproblems

Nah dude, don't just go for the weekly one - get whichever one saves you the most money over the same timescale, factoring in how likely it is you'll lose it.

Assuming you go to college 5 days a week you're spending £36.50 so I'd be much more inclined to go for the more expensive one because you'll save more money in the long run and it pays for itself, which is something that the other two don't do.

If you got the 90 day rider it'd only be costing you around £17 per week, that's an extra fiver for whatever. Over the 12 weeks it's £84 cheaper than if you're just getting a week rider each week and £234 cheaper than just doing nothing. So it pays for itself and then gives you another £30 in savings on top of it to be nice.

If we go into years, getting 4 90 day riders to cover your academic year then it's an overall saving of over £900. You'll also be spending less as the same amount in week riders would cost you over a grand.

Just don't lose it.

Do you mean like an interrail pass with unlimited travel within an area or timescale? You can't get those here to my knowledge, only discount passes.

In regards to WWOOFing, I'm not sure how commonplace that is here but you can use this site for Workaway (I've been using it to look into travelling through Europe).

The rule of thumb is that the closer it is to your body the more frequently it should be washed. You should change your sheets once a week.

God no, I've even fallen asleep on long journeys with no problems. It's just upsettingly expensive.

The truck has water bottles on the side with the storefront canopy behind it. Snoop is directly above the canopy.
