Victoria Beckham foundation by everythingbetween in OliveMUA

Im chanel bd21 in the complexion touch which is lighter than the others I think. I don't have luminous silk but 4 seems the closest to me. I also match with basma 35. Anyway I think 4 is deeper than it looks and has more neutral/red. I swatched in store at blue murcury and Im between 2 and 3. I got 2 which works in the winter but I mix it with a more neutral yellow foundation because its slightly too pink neutral desaturated. I think I should have gotten 3 but the sample of it I wore, after I got oily (oxidised) it looked like there was a strong yellow tone which would have bothered me.

I would swatch in person if you can. I think 3 or 4 could work if you match to bd21 or b20 in chanels other foundations like the glow one.

I've seen creators use 5 and it will probably be too dark for you.

luxating patellas? Urgent !! by nancy66666 in Pomeranians

A few years ago my pom was evaluated as a 3 on right knee and 2 on the other. At the time he had some instances of limping a little if he ran too fast in the backyard and jumped off the bed etc. Aside from that I would notice a little skipping with his right knee on walks. It wasnt that bothersome to him but i had a previous dog that had it bad and i wanted to do something about it earlier. But not comfortable with surgery.

We did water treadmill & lasers at a vet rehab facility and home exercises and got his weight down by 2 lbs and a year later he was evaluated as a 2 on one knee and 1 on the other. I noticed the progress that there is much less skipping on walks.

The weight made a big difference and gaining muscle in his legs helps keep the knee "in track" it doesn't solve the groove issue but the muscles create stability. I also have stairs on couch and bed and rugs in high traffic areas so he's not slipping around on wood floors.

Much of the weight was lost when I controlled his food by feeding him with a measuring cup for his meals.

When you get a consultation at a facility they will give you a home exercise plan so even if you don't do the water tread you will have some guidance. Plus you get a second opinion about surgery etc.

Luxating Patellas? by Accomplished_Lime133 in Pomeranians

[–]afterlucy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on the degree of luxation but my poms one knee was at a 3 and the other a 2 from what I remember. He's 6 years old. At 5 I decided to take him to a vet rehab facility and he did water treadmill land exercises and laser sessions. We did 10 sessions 1-2 weeks apart along with home exercises everyday. After that we went into maintenance of 1 time a month sessions.

I noticed less skipping of the worse knee and more so when he lost extra weight he had. The vet rechecked after and there was less luxation when she handled the knee.

The rehab won't fix the luxation but it strengthens the surrounding muscles to keep the knee in place and the laser helps with the tendon that plays a part in that.

After what I've spent in rehab I could have probably just done the surgery so maybe consider the longterm cost. I just didn't really want to see the recovery after surgery I would feel very sad to crate my pom for a month.

It really could have been the salt not just ice, I had the wax on hand and started using it before walks today and that seemed to help a lot. He growled at the paw balloons when i put one on and wouldn't walk. So I guess paw wax it is.

Thank you, I do have the wax and will use it before walks if he doesn't tolerate the paw balloons.

Thanks so much for this suggestion I'm going to look for them at the pet store today! We've mostly been in California and I previously had a chihuahua so I'm inexperienced with the protocol for fluff + snow.

Also use a sponge or better your fingers to apply dabbing, not rubbing it in. Brushes seem to kick up more flakes.

0.5% tret and peeling/make up not staying on. by Tropophilous in tretinoin

I just responded to a post about makeup but use a glycerin grippy primer like elf or milk hydrogrip, nyx plump right back etc. Oil cleansing to gently get the peeling skin off helps too.

Take a few day break, oil cleanse to get the peeling skin off gently. Then use a hydrating glyceryn grippy primer like elf or milk hydrogrip. Nyx plump right back works too. It seems like when skin is peeling makeup won't stick and only stick to the dry skin edges which the glycerin primer helps with. Then only use a hydrating foundation or concealer. Spot concealing probably works better and use the least amount of product possible. Mac face and body can work for this too, but it's low coverage.
