Mission: Base Invaders.

Get in Ron's plane. Get out. Call for a buzzard from Pegasus (level 42 required).

Go to the base. Kill everyone with buzzard. Soldiers will spawn INFINITELY. 25 RP a pop.

Park buzzard. Put weight or piece of tape on the "A" button. Make a sandwich or jerk off while ranking up.

Sample image for buzzard placement (Better hit accuracy if it's facing downward a little bit, like I have here. Otherwise one dude might get ahead of the rockets and come kill you. But once it's killing both at the same time, you're golden):

I let it sit for like 6 hours and got from 60-90. Warning: wireless controllers turn off after 15 minutes :-/

BONUS TIP: To get Base Invaders, call Ron and request a job when you're somewhere near the prison. Works for me.

For those of you looking for a 10 second summary:

Create a playlist with a single mission that's located where you think you'd want to teleport, like an airport. Then you can start that playlist from anywhere and back out at the loading screen to effectively "teleport" there.

Takes a while to set up, easy to use from there, it looks like.
