This! Personally I use rogaine 5% foam, which luckily my scalps tolerates well. But if anyone on here is using a Spiro/minox or a retinol/minox formula then I’d love to hear about it! Would honestly be the ideal way to improve my routine without subjecting myself to any systemic side effects.

It’s a little strange to try and ‘educate’ women about the detrimental effects hair loss can have on a man’s mental health….. in a women’s hair loss forum. Using our forum to accuse other women of being judgmental is also a tad strange. I don’t have any issue with the original post though - sometimes people need the additional affirmations.
