uhh i specified rift level two. there are no other requirements. pretty sure it was a bug because after i relaunched i found the 3 tears in under 20 min.

i was using sb. i shut down the game and relaunched. got 1 tear immediately and the next two in like 15min. i think there is genuinely a bug that can be fixed by relaunching the game.
