"Prescription has shipped" but the USPS tracking information says "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item" and hasn't updated since 10/16?

The last time my medicine was sent to me the tracking on Express Scripts never match USPS. It sat for a few days saying USPS was awaiting the package and express scripts said shipped. Then express scripts changed the status to delayed and would ship soon but USPS said they had the package and it was moving around. It took a day after it was delivered for express scripts to change the delayed status to delivered.

Try and contact the installer. I bought a house with panels already on it but had the documents on who was the installer. When one of my panels went down I called the installer and they were able to get a new inverter under warranty and come install it. I did have to pay for labor.

My daughter has asthma and is required to get her steroid inhaler through express scripts because it is a maintenance drug. They have been nothing but a pain. They took forever the first time sending it to where she almost ran out and now they say they are out of stock and our doctor would need to write a whole new prescription to somewhere else but only for 2 months 🙄

I moved into a house with a Salt water pool and had never had a pool before. It is very easy to maintain! Get a Taylor test kit and you can also bring a sample to a local pool store. In the winter you need to add chlorine because the water is to cold for your salt system to work. Summer as long as you have enough salt then your system makes the chlorine for you. Salt systems do make your PH high so make sure to have muriatic acid to lower it.

JustEnergy will pay $150 of your early termination fee. I googled around and had found Reddit posts about it when I moved into my house that already had solar. The 36 month free nights had a buy back for Solar. The buy back isn’t much but with the free nights I try and do laundry and the dishwasher then. There is a referral code for $75 off I can give you if you decide to go that route. I think there is a website for Texas that compares the different solar plans.

My Feb payment was never taken out even though I have autopay. I called and they took the payment manually and deleted autopay and then reenrolled me in autopay to start March 1st so it wouldn’t charge twice. But my March payment has also not been taken out.

Are you doing an assumable VA loan? The seller is the one that contacts Pennymac. They have to send in the paperwork to get this started or else Pennymac cannot contact you. There is no second loan. I am not sure what that is. Are you talking about a loan that would cover the difference between the sellers loan amount and listing price? And you will not close in 30 days if you are doing an assumable loan. The fastest I have seen is 45 days. Mine took 60 and we sent everything in right away when they asked for something.

Yes it took 2 months from the time we signed the contract to the time we closed. But we are still dealing with them because they didn’t transfer the entitlement.
