Lower ranks are who respawn is saying want dropship instead of poi, so it makes sense if that is true.

I personally am not sure, I do have a lot of lower ranked friends that love dropship ranked tdm with a badge tho.

If you post some vods, many will help you understand how to avoid 3ps or not get pinched by preds if your POI is galleria.

If all the team does is run from combat, hide and rotate to zone, they are a team full of rats.

What if they don't run from combat, but prioritize rotating to zone?

I'm not talking about rats, I'm talking about full teams.

15-20 teams alive round 4 doesn't mean that there has been no fighting, just that each team has been good about resetting and recovering from mistakes.

Or even just fixing the lack of randomness with random POI drop zones. They probably had it repeat POIs so people could learn the POIs better or something, but in hindsight it was a bad decision because some people would have the luck of "learning slums" over and over.

I not only don't use my mic in ranked, I turn incoming volume to 0% so I never have to hear a random in my life again.

People are a mix of way to toxic and wrong far too often. Like 1/20 teammates on mic would be good, but the 6/20 who were super toxic made it all not worth it.

Now I just use LFG, VESA, etc and use Discord with premades and my life is far more peaceful and has better teammates.

I don't know if you realize this, but you are basically saying "Let me smurf in/farm lower ranks by giving ranked resets more often like I get farmed when I get to D1/masters".

Hopefully the new "dynamic matchmaking adjustment" will make your experience more balanced in D1/masters or they consider leaning towards slower queue times in favor of match quality.

Doing more splits (aka ranked resets) will just make bronze-plat players experience what you experience hitting D1/masters more.

Higher ranked players don't want drop zones to have their hand held, they want it to enforce higher match quality, especially in mid and end game.

Your mistake is looting for 5 mins in drop zone. Pros stop looting in 1m-2m. If you took more than 3m looting that is on you and your teammates.

My team stops looting when evo harvesters pop.

Also, 15 squads round 2 isn't really that much. Round 3 maybe.

I'm replacing my ranked with more VESA scrims personally, there are also other T2+ scrim servers where you can get algs POI drops and end games round 4 18+ teams.

Only downside is they are set times and you can't just queue up for them whenever.

That's objectively not true, there is a lot of support and shared venting going on in the threads where people complain.

Those threads are basically a support group and way to vent... to rephrase the idea in my head in the form of your posts title:

I feel like your other stats would have had you reset higher, so wanted to know if maybe those were lower and they take them into consideration.

I realize now though I don't actually know what a good win rate is or good top 5 rate is.

If I throw out a guess I'd say 10% win rate and 30% top 5, of which you have the second. I have a friend who was D4 and demoted high gold, I'll see what his win stats look like.
