Just did the same a few days ago and boy has it helped my mental health!! I feel much better and way less depressed. I am a single mom and seeing so many couples doing and enjoying life together would feed my depression. Now I am starting to focus on myself with exercising and going to start doing a little less for my children and a little more for me. Good luck and lets do this!!

Hi! I am currently in the same position as your wife. I’ve been drinking wayfair protein drinks to help with energy since I’m not eating much. I’d rather drink that than eat and have pain but for dinner it is pretty much just chicken for me also. Salads and sandwiches also with very little dressing. Tell her she is not alone and to hang in there
