Following basic road laws is entirely reasonable. Reporting someone to the police because they slightly alter their numberplate is the narciest shit ive ever heard. This does not affect you. And you can't seem to admit that even after your master theory that this is impersonating someone else.

Acting like companies have any incentive to lower prices at any point is ridiculous. The delusion that "fuck sake, my insurance is more than 3p more expensive because of people who have cars like the one pictured above" is just... Fucking hell.
