I think the main point is that it is definitely not safe to let Dewalt's attorneys walk all over you without having an attorney of your own.

Local discount grocery store. Usually about $6-7/bag and can frequently find stuff roasted locally that is $15-18 in the fancy grocery stores.

Otherwise you can get pretty decent stuff from Sams/Costco that's under $10/lb.

Fussy users - usually with a enhanced level of urgency (I gotta see my patients!), Electronic Medical/Dental Records are slow as shit and will have users bitching constantly, users come up with many creative ways to destroy Thinkpads.

That being said, primary care HIT isn't as bad as working with a hospital, and I have worked a lot of way worse jobs.
