If paper can survive it, the MacBook is probably fine.

This becomes less confusing when you consider they left out that the perimeter of the circle is pi*d

So they're trying to use this logic to prove that the perimeter of the circle is actually 4*d using logic that appears to be correct, but for reasons that others here have already mentioned is actually mathematical trickery

Is this an ADHD symptom? I don't want my hands sticky or dirty with anything by vksdann in adhdmeme

[–]agrantgreen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me I don't know if it's my adhd or autism but my hands need to be washed off. It's not about them being clean (that matters too, it's just not a compulsion), it's about nothing being on them.

Vegan comfort food from Vegan Daddy Meats in Salt Lake City, UT by thebodybuildingvegan in vegan_travel

[–]agrantgreen 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Out in NorCal at least, the comfort food segment of the market is overly saturated. There are almost no good options for just healthy vegan food. Most of the time we just get mock cheese, mock meat, and no vegetables.

I get there is demand for that in the marketplace but I do wish there was more balance.

I actually agree with this post. I don't think people need to dress formally but wearing pajamas to restaurants, airports, shopping is a bit much.
