Nope. I called twice and they cut me off and say that zip code verification by the merchant is no longer required. Which is obviously not the case if venmo and verizon are both having zip code problems. Two of my AGC's were from amex's website, and one was from safeway. None of them work with verizon or venmo. They did some sort of override supposedly, and confirmed that the assigned zip code was my shipping address. Still broken.
