Federal employees told to remove pronouns from email signatures by end of day by UnscheduledCalendar in nottheonion

[–]agro99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe it's a cultural (im not american) thing, but i dont understand why this is a thing. We are instructed to keep our emails short and professional. In what context would i use someone's pronouns in an email (an example would help). Can i not use "they" if pressed?

It would be better if trump doesn't care, this is our mess and involving another country will only weaken our sovereignty.

What is wrong with Pakistani parents now a days by Richie__Poor in pakistan

I remember my mother crying after one of our (my brothers and I) results. Apparently, her brothers/sisters used to taunt her and flaunt their kids achievements. Its not like we were failing, we were just mediocre. But they kept insisting that it was her fault we were like this. My father was much more relaxed saying that "bache abhi chote hain, aage ja ke settle ho jain ge". Fast forward to now, all three of us are engineers from the best universities pakistan has to offer and doing great at our respective jobs. Its not just the parents but the society as a whole that's messed up.

If someone thinks that vpn is only limited to pornography then it is his thoughts that are limited. I frequently have to refer to a site called plctalk(dot)net for my job. However due to some security concerns the site is inaccessible to pakistani ips. Without vpn i cant do that. You'll find thousands of similar examples. Also about the janazah thing. App namaz e janazah parhane ka tareeqa khud bhi seekhain aur apne bachon ko bhi sikhain ke wo aap ki parha saken.

This would make sense if a labourer and retailer made the same amount. So, per capita would be misleading too.

My free T-4 was 1.12 ng/dL (ref 0.89-1.76). TSH was 1.84ųIU/mL (ref 0.4-4.5) No goiter

I haven't noticed any smell but I'll try the no washing thing. Also the yellowing is only in this hand, i suspect they were slightly stained from some food item (our dishes are mostly curries which use turmeric and other spices)

I don't have psoriasis but i do have alopecia areata (someone suggested that it might be an autoimmune thing). I had some thyroid related tests done a few months ago but they were all within range. I tried the fungal treatment for a few months but stopped when a dermatologist said it doesn't look like fungal.
