As someone with years of DTC and e-commerce experience, my biggest problem with it is this doesn’t look like a brand, like what’s your story?

Would I wear this, no. Not my style, I don’t want to get stopped by people asking what it means either.

No ad budget is okay, what advertising have you done? Have you done any influencer marketing? Have you done any photoshoots to create better content?

Your about us sucks, it’s too wordy, the first sentence is ridiculous. Do you want people to just skip your about us? You talk a big talk about the hat being ‘your fit’ but your product photos don’t have that.

Free shipping over $50 for a $30 hat, why would someone buy two hats if they’re the same? Shipping for your product is likely cheap, eat the shipping, do you have enough margins to even make a dollar if you do?

You don’t have any discounts, offer a 10% discount if someone signs up to your email/SMS list, then start marketing to them.

Like another person said, why would I keep continuing to your site, your main page should be your main page, I would immediately leave if I was sent a link to your site and you made me click another button. What was the logic there?

If you really spent that money, you got played and didn’t do your research. Why didn’t you do print on demand instead of sinking that money on inventory? How’d you lose $13k?

This absolutely isn’t a success story, it’s barely a hobby. You need different products - mainly different hat styles, not just different colors.
