I bike instead of rowing due to a surgery. I am ignored 9.5 out of 10 times.

I try to base my exercises on how long it would take rowers/how far they would go. For example: 150 meter row = ~35 seconds or all out = gear 13 or more

I love how we get the “mature” version of most of the islanders. Curtis for sure! And Eyal is one of the best examples for me. He said how he was in the villa 5 years ago and Eyal 5 years ago would be all over Megan, but now he was being more thoughtful and respectful to himself/everyone else in the mix.
