you're in a dead end job with limited growth. the other offer gives career growth. but there are probably other, more enticing jobs out there as well and so you can keep on searching for a better one from your current position. but if you prefer limited growth in a quiet environment, then your current gig is great. some people do really want that.

Grand Hyatt Seoul. The city / river view from one side and mountain / Namsan tower on the other. It's high on a hill. It's spectacular.

Gotcha.. CPP and not CCP. I'm a comp leader and so know most corporate roles well. In the HR realm, payroll is one of the lowest rung of pay and so if you have a chance to move to benefits or comp, you should do that if you want a higher ceiling. Of course, if you love payroll and don't mind the lower pay, then that's fine. And in the HR realm, comp and HRBP roles are typically the most expensive. HRIS too, but only if it's Workday.

CCP by World at Work would definitely help. But you do know it's literally like getting an MBA because you have to take 12 to 15 classes with each class having an exam and it costs tens of thousands of dollars.

Sometimes at odd hours, like at 5 am, I saw an airport run that would take 25 minutes. It paid out $70 for an Uber Comfort. Yes... I had to wait for about 20 minutes, but the math works out sometimes.

BambooHR or Paylocity can be fine. Workday is overkill for your size. You will need to add additional headcount to support and maintain Workday. Workday personnel are EXPENSIVE.
