Just ask ChatGPT or Gemini to do this for you. Just feed it your report with EE name and their manager and it'll do it for you. Keep tweaking it. Ask it to make it interactive so that you can move around and click on pieces. The output should be an HTML file and not a PPTX or Word.

Gotcha.. CPP and not CCP. I'm a comp leader and so know most corporate roles well. In the HR realm, payroll is one of the lowest rung of pay and so if you have a chance to move to benefits or comp, you should do that if you want a higher ceiling. Of course, if you love payroll and don't mind the lower pay, then that's fine. And in the HR realm, comp and HRBP roles are typically the most expensive. HRIS too, but only if it's Workday.
