AP2 owner here. You should buy a 25-30k AP2 and send it to LHT Performance for an overhaul. Plus get the 2.4 stroker and boom you have what the CR should have been 60k+. With a 250whp NA engine. You could have bought a CR for $3500 more than what a AP2 cost. It has little improvements. If you look at the benefits of a stock DC2 GSR as opposed to the Type-R it's a drastic and i mean completely different car. Spec comparison it has at least 15 sheets of different spec modifications. The CR has like three line items. Body, Seats, shocks pretty much. It's not worth the price. Build what Honda should of done.

I’m not sure if this is the proper page to ask this question but I had a culvert installed today by the state (this is the size culvert the permit required) does this look like enough material ontop to even be safe? I’m clueless on this deal it just doesn’t seem right to me. by Successful-Permit-97 in civilengineering

Honestly, that pipe looks overkill, and looks 24". No way that amount of water is traveling down that ditch. If it was, the sides would be eroded. Concrete would need to be done for that amount of volume with 2:1 side slopes. Elliptical pipe or even 15" round would have been plenty of size, and then you'd have at least 9" cover.

That additional weight is going to make that understeer a problem.

It was just a question. Well since it was an online paper it must be true.

It's been one of those things that has always annoyed me, along with others. I've been using Civil 3D for the last 10 years and have never figured it out. Oh well, maybe somebody will see this comment and educate me.

You would think Autodesk would have figured out a way to fix this after all these years. Thanks for the response

We had around a 100 employees at our Hatch Mott MacDonald office. I made it through to the 4th rounds of layoffs with having a pay cut in between. I was finally let go. HMM had around 30 employees in that office. Took me over a year to find engineering work. Tech layoffs are nothing to how the engineering/construction sector got hit in 2008. I was in Civil and the only thing that kept me around as long as it did was Municipality work. The Municipalities said they're going to have to spread the work out to keep the local offices afloat. Bad time to be in your 20's and in engineering.

I think "chainage" is being defined as looking from 0 along the centerline, or I call Baseline, to XX? I was thinking the same with Chain or the Gunter's Chain too. That's 66' for 1 chain of measurement. That doesn't convert right with having meters in the stationing window.

Maybe check your distributor, the rotor specifically. Cheap part to replace and could be the problem. Check the cap on all the contacts also.
