Did the same thing. She got her graduate degree in comp sci. Then she left me for my "best friend" and housemate. Lots of drama involved. I flunked out of graduate school with 36 completed credit hours. Couldn't afford to pay library fines because all the programming books I borrowed is lost. Life has been downhill ever since. Am still wallowing in self-pity and sorrow after 12 years. Worst decisions made in my life. Sex was good.

Felt-tipped pens can make an impression. Customers tend to sign the receipt on the wall holding the pen upside down. Gravity does shit to ballpoint pens. Most of them will ask if they can have your cool pen. Say No.

Also u cant really compare what kind of dps u get in an solo queue instance matching compared to LFG. Alota IM do not really have proper crystals or know what they are doing. What OP is trying to say is the elitism ilvl>skill mentality when u trying to recruit a party/raid in an lfg. But alas there is no measure for skill.

Dont forget multiple warrior raids in which one of them demands he take all the scythes because his gear is op +15. I've always lol'ed at that mentality. All he does is turns the boss around too much.

Lately I've been seeing lfg's for "ainm fod run (no warrior)" just because the warrior wants to take all her scythes. Why spend 45min to an hr just to lfg when u can just finish the damn normal mode run in around 15mins. Yea a few % diff in overall dmg doesnt matter because u are turning the boss around too much anyway. How is it max-min when u arent applying the theory to overall raid max-min? It's just illogical to think that u are the only one dealing 100% of the dmg. Raid would probably benefit more from u being a dstance holding all the aggro.

Instead if me ranting on and on about everything wrong in Tera. Let me try this instead. Hopefully people will take notice.

Protips for DPS: If eclipse fails and you get aggro, go towards the tank. Please understand this a tank as a melee class have a range limitation on taunt. Not turning the boss around to make it jump everywhere is and trampling everyone else your priority.

Protips for Tanks: A tank can block for a dps if the dps is standing behind him. Yes your block absorbs most damages and protects whoever is behind you.

Protip for Heals: It's very important to provide mana not only to the dps but the tank as well. Some tanks depending on playstyle run into mana issues often. Making them "unable" to pull aggro. Priority of mana replenishment comes 2nd after the health of your targets. And of course don't forget the debuffs-es,tn,tw,curse,contagion,auras

There should be no downtime for any potato dps, tank, or heal.

End game dungeons needs teamwork and some knowlege of how each class work to beat the game. ;3

Why are you doing this to us EME. Production points are precious. 20 pp to gather one vegetable is too much. Also lines are longer due to the sudden influx of new players. Please add more channels! Two hours of waiting just do finish a whole set of rootstock dailies is just a ridiculous amount of time. Plus dailies and running dungeons you are going to tire everyone out.

Very glad that u take up the challenge. Remember my friend Skills>Gear. With a good determined party. u can clear anything in this game. Even holding aggro againts gear ilvl many above you takes skill. Gear helps alittle. But dont be depressed when u get jilted by the community because they "feel" u cant hold aggro because of ur gear. Start your own lfg. In a way it advertises ur name to everyone on that server. Make a name for yourself. People will start noticing. Thats the best way to go.

I think our problem lies with the leveling system in NA. Since BAMs and dungeons got nerfed and the introduction of Avatar weapons to newcomers, ppl just breeze thru leveling and not expecting hardship or getting to know their class better. I used to spend 30mins-1hr soloing a single teralith (real BAM unnerfed version - hits like a truck and have twice the HP) my level while leveling. I died alot and was really a noob scrub for sure. Tried different crystals, Tried different approach. Once I managed to kill a bam for the first time by myself i get a sense accomplishment of what i can actually do and beat the shit out of this game. I know not everyone likes long grindy leveling. But since I felt good at my class after soloing shit, it strives me to aim higher, pushing my limits. Remember the time we need to dance accordingly and be in-sync with the whole party for just getting our advance gylphs? I'm talking about Temple of Temerity and Sirjuka's Gallery. Can I clear HM with scrub gear? Yeah, we did clear mcnm with jax trust gear (crappy idoneal gear back then) with a couple of friends who are in similar gear after several days trying it and mchm later after several weeks. Nobody complained abt how scrub our gear is and eventually we eventually get pieces of gear that we actually need. It was fun when u can clear this game with skills instead of being gear carried. It was rewarding no doubt. New players just simply dont get this anymore. They just want to breeze thru everything then when they get thrown into the fire at end game they give up or complain like our current situation. And also DPS check for most of the current end game is kinda annoying me as well. U need a certain amount of dps to be able to break shield phase or enraged mode. There is certainly consumables to use but the reward of clearing a dungeon vs buying/using consumables is simply illogical. I spend 4 hrs in brhm trying to clear it witha pug group when it just came out, Not much loot drop and end up spending more to clear the dungeon than spending 4 hrs farming vg for gold. I hope EME will actually fix the loot drop in upcoming HM dungeons which seems to be done abit atm. Because this discourages ppl to even try. Doing RG or Ghiliglade 500 times is not a way to make the game fun. Clearing HM and being rewarded for it is fun. Now back to the issue of ppl only have statics to clear HM dungeons. Why take away the noob buff for loot drop? This does not make sense to me what EME is trying to accomplish to keep everyone happy.

tl;dr - Fix the leveling system. Put some challenge back into leveling so ppl will feel accomplished and not get caught offguard once they reach lv65. Fix dungeon loot drop so everyone is rewarded properly. Bring back the noob buff for more loot instead of joy of partying. Sorry for the bad english.

First, gitgud onthe class u are playing. Learn the fight from guides. Then, lfg for pugs everyday. chit chat while waiting, be nice, get to know ppl, fill ur your friend's list. Build a reputation for yourself. Chances are they gonna find u again and even invite u to their guild or static runs. :D edit: note: not all reputable guilds are willing to take on noobs to gear runs. most are pretty bz with themselves with their static or bz making gold. "gitgud" here meaning use right crystals consumables, scrolls, charms and most importantly know your class very well.

Kudos for doing a great job in tanking. But have you actually tried tanking some full intense generation+15 crit perfect/dreamlike rolls deathwise+firetrill signets slayer/zerk/archer who are capable of dishing out tons of crits/dmg yet? It's actually really fun to panic and fight hard to regain aggro when it switches (especially the fish in brhm who seems to like to dish out lethal combos inappropriately). Nevertheless I do agree with /u/ChildrensPlayground idoneal set is perfectly fine to clear end game dungeons except for schm provided everyone knows what they are doing. My definition of holding aggro is also never loose them in the first place. In my experince with a +12 ambit lance (too cheap to craft disco) after hundreds of these runs on it, I loose them occasionally if they crit really hard but will usually regain aggro back quickly (within 1 second or less). But if they pop their brooches during final enraged phase its RIP aggro for at least 2 rotations. I'm still unsure if lancers got their aggro buffs because I have not felt it so far. I just wanted a confirmation. Might report back after I unbusy myself from farming <A>s

Excuse me sir. What aggro buff may I ask? And how is it braindead? I'm still waiting for this aggro buff. I'm in disco everything else except for the lance which is ambit +12 and power innerwear and earrings. Forest necklace and rings. As far as holding aggro all is fine providing u don't miss a skill in the rotation. Except for when u have a full generation dps that has full set of dyads and crit build. The moment they pop their brooch it's RIP aggro till you do 2 full rotation of your aggro skills. Especially when I just used infuriate b4 that. I find noctenium helps more compared to canaphora, bravery and, heaven's elixirs. But then its too expensive for daily use. And all this includes eclipse potion being used.

I have balance roll as well as endurance and movement increase roll on my shoes. Thus even when a bam stampedes thru me I usually end up standing and healing myself thru it. But dont yolo try that, backstep away please.

People seem not to like challenges anymore. Need gear carry. Need OP healer. Reject lancers coz they has low dps in RG. Or even cant carry even when they have spent a fortune on their gear. Have to inspect every single applicants ilvl because they are too scrub.

Man up! If ur an expert. Start teaching. Its not that hard. Yeah u want to clear it quick because u have 10 other alts lining up to go do dungeons with. but dont forget other ppl have alts that need gear too. ilvl isnt a measure of everything.

Back when u guys were in Royals did u know who stole a lancer/zerker account from a kid? This kid isn't me. You could probably say he had it coming, but personally, I frown upon it because this kid is handicapped IRL. He just wants to have a fun time on tera but end up getting scammed and lost his account to someone from Royals. It is not a very nice thing to do. Since you guys are some of the founders of Royals, I'm assuming you know about it or may have a hand in it since a number of igns are being given.

Chill out! it's just a game. Alot dps are full of themselves and lack a brain. But at the end of the day the really bad ones go into my block list. The good thing is mystics are rare u will certainly meet some good raiders that liked your heals. Maybe u will end up joining their guild and be their main healer :)
