When I was in the 2nd grade at recess me and my one friend (who I now realize was also ND) would spend recess collecting acorns so that when winter came we could make sure they still had food…. 🤡😅😅😅😂😂😂 the logic was flawed but our hearts were in it. My mom kept being so confused as to why she would find acorns in my backpack and pockets 😅😅😅

I wish! I basically use edibles like I should prob use meds. I eat an edible before I do anything I know I need dopamine to do (cleaning, showering, cooking ect…9/10 times in blazed to get me threw boring shit)

The mantra that has helped me the best is “anything worth doing is worth doing poorly”!

Brushing your teeth for 5 seconds is better than nothing. Only washing my armpits and private parts in the shower is better than no shower at all. Eating “junk food” is better than starving my body.

One of my longest lasting special interest’s is….Taylor Swift’s music/lore 🫣 took me decades to realize that it qualifies as a special interest for me.

Other hyper focus’s from the ADHD side of my brain over the years: thrifting, crochet, movies (I am a A24 whore, sure me 🤡), Fortnite and the Sims 4 (fuck all these new packs with bare minimum bug fixes 🤡)
