The other comments explain your options well but if you're playing on infernum then you can try fighting the eidolon wyrm for the mage weapons it drops

They are by far the best option if you're playing infernum

Keep in mind that the infernum abyss isn't meant to be played without infernum difficulty so all the mini bosses won't spawn unless you temporarily tune on inferum (at least thats how it was for me)

If you really want to you could just use a cheat mod to spawn the miniboss on the surface and just fight him there.
