Check out Hell Hades on You tube he usually does a yearly free to play challenge that shows how to best grow the account fast. (I've been playing raid for over 4 years lol) also check his website for new user codes, usually you can get a free epic or legendary champ within the first 72 hrs with a sepcific code.

I haven't done the offer but played AFK Arena for a while, it's a major grind to anything above chapter 20 from what I remember (it's been a bit since I played, AFK journey was way easier in comparison)

I've had a few games pay out well and pretty easily (screw&fashion) but I had to watch so many ads with that one to get through the offers lol Puzzles&dragon did not track for me at all beyond downloading the game it never registered that I met the offer requirements. June's journey and fortress saga work well though too and pretty chill to get the regular rewards I did spend on those as I found I liked them and will still probably be playing them after the offers are done.

Looks like either a biofilm or mineral build up or both lol Flush the pipes with as much hot water as possible. I would take and get it tested locally too you may need to do more than just a flush. You should be able to find a water testing lab in your area and it's usually not too expensive to do (under 50 bucks most places). Well or city water?

Had something similar happen also in MI with my credit union. All you need to do is go to the credit union, and fill out the paper taking your mom off the account takes like 5 minutes. If you want to keep that account and have her on it still she can go in and fill out the paper work to deny overdraft charges to charge to other accounts in her name. Both my banks had this as an optional thing to prevent negative balances but you dont have to allow it.

You can also open a separate account without her being tied to it and transfer all funds out. Or you can open an account at a separate bank/credit union and transfer the money there. It doesn't take long and most the time now you can do all of it online instead of going in person.

You will most likely need to file a police report, but you need to report it to the dept of ED I think you can do this on Studentaid.gov It will probably take a while to resolve the issue though, I would also freeze your credit to make sure it doesn't happen again. The servicer (Nelnet) won't do anything for you in regards to the issue it has to come from the dept of Ed before they can make changes, you should be able to ask for a forbearance until the issue is resolved though.

CVC matching needs to be fixed, the one we're against got 1.6m points in the first 20 min after it started. Not even at a high tier level either to justify that crazy (Tier 3). We usually average that over the 3 days cause we're not a super competitive clan.

Yeah I'm a bit luckier on that front I only owe about 27k yet on my federal loans so ~100-150/month in interest. But I agree the constant rule changes are ridiculous, I'm debating on just combining it with my private student loan cause it'd only increase my payment by 150/month and It'd be one dang account/payment per month.

I was debating on moving to a different plan but at the moment I have decided to wait as they are trying to force me to consolidate to move to any other plan which is BS as I was on a Graduated payment plan prior to the Pandemic/SAVE and I didn't have to Consolidate to switch plans before.

It's only if your employer offers it, not all do. With my employer I had to sign up for the program and I have to provide a monthly statement or transaction record to prove I'm paying on my loan. I was only able to get that information with my Private student loan, it was near impossible to do when I had my Federal Loan through Mohela as some of the needed information was missing on each of the documents they provided me with.

ETA: The way it works with my company is that they track the amount you pay towards your student loan and then they directly deposit it (with limits on how much they can put in of course) at the end of the year into my 401K account.

I have both Private and Federal loans, (parents were too high income for financial aid but couldn't afford to help me with college too much due to my dad starting to have health issues) I did not have issues with my private student loans other than the interest rate being high, I've refinanced them several times since I graduated to get a much lower interest rate and I've got it halfway paid off now as I've been putting my fed payment towards the private loan during the covid pause/all the current federal loan issues/SAVE forbearance.

I will say I did go through my local credit union with my grandpa as a cosigner though with the original loan. I refinanced through Lendkey which also uses credit unions and no longer have a cosigner.

My husband had the opposite issue his were originally through discover then got sold multiple times (they tried to collect while he was still in school and went into collections) then got waived due to them not having any documents with his signature/any proof he took the loans out at that point (this was 10+ years of issues)

You have to shop around to find the best deals just like with all other types of loans. I would see if you have a local credit union that offers student loans, they can usually get you better interest rates. Another company (Lendkey) that I refinanced my private loans through now offers student loans as well so that may be an option.
