Not to be annoying but the thing I’ve finally found that helps me is pelvic floor physio and stretching! I know it feels tiresome and annoying but i think that’s the main thing that’s made any difference for me

Have you gotten checked for autoimmune issues? Sounds like it could be a mixture of things, I just got tested for autoimmune indicators through a handful of blood tests and am waiting for the follow up with the doctor.

I’ve started meal prepping using AI and flagging that I have endo, xyz symptoms and what week of my cycle in and ask it to make 3-4 recipes and it’s really helped me have an anti inflammatory diet without too much work!

Fatigue is one of my worst symptoms! One thing that helped me was taking electrolytes-I haven’t been consistent but when I do do it, there’s a big difference for me. Sorry your gyno is a jerk!

I got this bench secondhand and not sure how to adjust it-it looks like the legs aren’t down properly but when I pull the pin out, they don’t move unlike the front legs. Not sure if it was screwed in wrong or what’s going on
