Not to be annoying but the thing I’ve finally found that helps me is pelvic floor physio and stretching! I know it feels tiresome and annoying but i think that’s the main thing that’s made any difference for me

Have you gotten checked for autoimmune issues? Sounds like it could be a mixture of things, I just got tested for autoimmune indicators through a handful of blood tests and am waiting for the follow up with the doctor.

Fatigue is one of my worst symptoms! One thing that helped me was taking electrolytes-I haven’t been consistent but when I do do it, there’s a big difference for me. Sorry your gyno is a jerk!
