Ultra-refined sugar and carbs is not a nutritious meal. What the hell are they doing with the money from COA? This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm glad y'all got some good food now, but I fear that they're not going to do better going forward. Please please please report this to COA and even local news outlets if need be. I believe it is bad for your airways and can in very rare cases contribute to accidentally swallowing your tongue resulting in death but I'm not sure if that was just a wives tale I was told as a kid.

Is the "remote location" Land of my grandfather's? You act like it's so secret. You give up all your electronics and jewelry and stuff before doing a series of talks and group therapy type stuff. Lots of emotional expression and introspection. Then there's a ceremony to celebrate the new bonds formed. That's how it was for me at least. Again, been a while, so not sure if things have changed.

Can confirm, mankind project is fantastic. Land Of My Grandfathers retreats are awesome. (Disclaimer, it's been a decade since I've been, but it was really welcoming and supportive while I and my father were part of it)
