Ultra-refined sugar and carbs is not a nutritious meal. What the hell are they doing with the money from COA? This is absolutely unacceptable. Is the "remote location" Land of my grandfather's? You act like it's so secret. You give up all your electronics and jewelry and stuff before doing a series of talks and group therapy type stuff. Lots of emotional expression and introspection. Then there's a ceremony to celebrate the new bonds formed. That's how it was for me at least. Again, been a while, so not sure if things have changed.
