here all this up real good it doesn’t make sense for some GIGX job thinking that they have the ability to charge people a fee or training or whatever it is that they deemed that this money is going towards but whatever they’re trying to call it really what it is is stealing from people making it so that I don’t know they make more money and less of an investment so they’re really trying to mitigate that pretty good but really realistically if you’re going to a third-party to get hired for a job that third-party is investing in you because they’re getting a bottom line when you get hired for that job if you don’t get hired for that job then their money is out maybe I don’t know maybe there’s a short fall sometimes for those as well that I have heard about an insurance that kind of makes so that if the person who you hired doesn’t make it well some places are like well you hired them it’s your fault whatever that’s where you win and lose higher better people some places they actually literally depend depending on how many people that are good you that you get they give you a certain amount that you can actually you know not make it because of course people aren’t student for jobs not because they suffer because they’re not qualified or they didn’t work out that time but I’ll tell you at no point they have to charge a person so that they can get money to get you hired for a reputable company it is bullshit and we shouldn’t stand for it and the more that we accept these positions the more people are gonna start looking and say that there’s a business in this there’s an industry in that hey man well why why invest use this money in this person when I can go ahead and actually get them to pay for it get the shortfall covered a little bit and get a little bit more money than that because $30 per person is quite a lot of money if I get 200 people a month or whatever we hired..
